If your household’s annual COMBINED gross income, including employment, SSI, Child Support, TANF, etc., exceeds the below amounts your household will NOT be qualified to live at Kappa Tower Apartments.
If you have an eviction or violent criminal background you may not qualify either. Please discuss these restrictions with our leasing agents.
